Service Limitations
- We do not guarantee specific business results or traffic outcomes
- Website rankings, traffic, and conversions depend on many external factors
- We cannot control search engine algorithms or third-party platform changes
- Client content quality and marketing efforts significantly impact results
Payments and Fees
Pricing and Quotes
- Project pricing is based on the detailed proposal provided
- All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
- Pricing includes services described in the proposal only
- Additional work or feature requests will be charged at our current rates
Payment Terms
- Payment terms are specified in your project agreement (typically 50% deposit, 50% at completion)
- Invoices are due within 30 days of issue unless different terms are agreed upon
- Late payments may accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law
- All payments must be in the agreed-upon currency
Payment Methods
- We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and other mutually agreed payment methods
- Payment information is processed securely through trusted payment gateways
- Client is responsible for all fees charged by their financial institution
Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- Initial deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
- Refunds for completed work are not available except where required by law
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of invoice
- All disputes regarding billing must be raised promptly
Revisions and Changes
Revision Allowance
- The included number of revisions is specified in your project proposal
- Revisions must be substantial and within the original project scope
- Minor formatting adjustments are typically included; major redesigns are not
- Revisions are available during the project development phase
Additional Revisions
- Additional revisions beyond those included are charged at our standard rates
- The Client will receive a quote for additional revision work before proceeding
- Approval from the Client is required before additional charges are incurred
Scope Changes
- Changes to the original project scope require a written amendment
- Scope changes may affect project timeline and budget
- We reserve the right to decline scope changes that are impractical or excessive
Client Responsibilities
Content and Information
- Client is responsible for providing all necessary content, copy, images, and materials
- Client must ensure all provided content is original and does not infringe on third-party rights
- Client is responsible for the accuracy of all information provided
- Delays in providing required materials may delay project timelines
Approvals and Decisions
- Client must provide timely approvals and feedback during development
- Lack of timely communication may result in project delays
- Client is responsible for final decisions regarding design and functionality
Website Maintenance
- Client is responsible for routine website maintenance unless a maintenance package is purchased
- Client must keep hosting, domain, and security software current
- Client must maintain current backups of website data
Legal Compliance
- Client is responsible for ensuring website compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Client must maintain required privacy policies and terms
- Client is responsible for compliance with industry-specific regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.)
Delivery and Timelines
Project Timeline
- Project timelines are estimates and depend on Client responsiveness and content delivery
- Delays in Client feedback or approvals may extend project deadlines
- We make reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon timelines
- Emergency rushes may require additional fees
Delivery Method
- Websites are typically delivered via staging environment for Client review
- Client reviews and approves website before final launch
- Launch occurs only after payment is received and Client approves the final product
- We provide launch support and basic troubleshooting after go-live
Post-Launch Support
- Basic post-launch support for 30 days is typically included
- Extended support and maintenance are available through separate maintenance agreements
- Critical bugs will be addressed promptly; cosmetic issues will be prioritized
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, pandemic, or major system failures.
Intellectual Property Rights
Website Ownership
- Upon full payment, Client owns the final website and its content
- Client has the exclusive right to use, modify, and distribute the website
Company Intellectual Property
- Company retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, and methodologies
- Company retains ownership of custom code libraries and reusable components
- Client may use pre-existing elements within the delivered website but not separately
Attribution
- Reasonable attribution to Silverline Web Co is appreciated but not required
- Client may remove Company branding or footers if preferred
Third-Party Materials
- Client is responsible for licenses to third-party fonts, images, plugins, and libraries
- Company will advise on licensing requirements for included materials
- Client is responsible for compliance with third-party license terms
Warranty Disclaimer
DISCLAIMER: The website and services are provided on an "AS IS" basis. Silverline Web Co makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the website or services, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
What We Do NOT Guarantee
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability or uptime
- We do not guarantee freedom from bugs, errors, or security vulnerabilities

Limitation of Liability
LIMITATION: In no event shall Silverline Web Co be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Maximum Liability
Our total liability to you for any and all claims, losses, or damages shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the services that gave rise to the claim.
Scope of Limitation
These limitations apply to all claims arising from:

- Third-party services or integrations

Termination of Agreement
Project Termination
- Either party may terminate a project with written notice
- Client remains responsible for payment for all work completed to the termination date
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
- We will provide deliverables completed to the termination date
Maintenance Agreement Termination
- Maintenance agreements may be terminated with 30 days' written notice
- Refunds for prepaid maintenance are not available
- We will transfer all website materials and access information upon termination
Grounds for Termination by Company
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
- Client fails to pay invoices within 60 days of due date
- Client requests illegal or unethical work
- Client repeatedly violates these Terms
- Client harasses or abuses our team
Governing Law and Disputes
Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from services shall be governed by the laws applicable to Silverline Web Co's location, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith discussion between the parties
- If informal resolution fails, disputes may proceed to mediation or arbitration
- Each party shall bear its own costs unless otherwise determined by a court or arbitrator
Jurisdiction
If legal action becomes necessary, both parties agree to exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Lebanon, or online arbitration if preferred by both parties.
